The Oscars were riddled with controversy this year from the lack of a host to the possibility of handing out lesser known awards during the commercials, but one this didn't disappoint, the outfits. Here are some of my favourite looks from last night's festivities.

Mahershala wore a Zegna double breasted tuxedo with a stylish Rabbit-fur hat to complete a truly outstanding ensemble.
Rami Malek
The best actor winner went simple this year with a custom three-piece YSL tux. There's something to be said for classic and simple.
Chris Evans
my favourite look of the night had to go to Chris Evans with his custom turquoise velvet shawl jacket by Ferragamo. Hands down the best look of the night.
Michael B. Jordan
I love a good velvet dinner jacket and Michael B Jordan looked outstanding in his midnight blue number from Tom Ford.
Trevor Noah
Last but certainly not least is Trevor Noah in this perfectly tailored classic black tux.
