Last week Converse released their brand new Counter Climate boot and I got to check it out first-hand. The new boot is based off the Chuck Taylor model but has a few winter specific additions to make sure you don't end up with slush foot. They feature a buttery soft nubuck leather upper that provides you a waterproof shield from the elements. Inside it's got a neoprene bootie to keep your digits warm on those -1000 days in Toronto.
